Thank you for choosing SouZou Mouth Tape for Sleep. We want your shopping experience to be as smooth as your breathing at night. Please read our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.


2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide to every country and region.

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience.


3. Shipping Cost – 100% Free!

  • All orders qualify for free shipping – no minimum order value required.

  • You will never be charged for shipping at checkout.


4. Carriers

We work with a range of trusted shipping partners (such as local postal services, express couriers, and logistics providers) to ensure reliable delivery. The actual carrier depends on your country/region. We select the most suitable option for each order, but we do not list specific carriers in this policy.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

  • You can also check the status of your order by logging into your SouZou account and visiting “My Orders”.

  • If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.


6. Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change it, contact us within 6 hours of placing the order – we’ll do our best to update it.

  • If the package has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address. In case of incorrect address, the package may be returned to us, and you will need to cover the re-shipping cost.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, please check with your local post office first. If it is indeed lost, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged packages: If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and contents and email us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet the 8–15 day window, occasional delays (due to customs, weather, or peak seasons) are beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

  • You are the importer of record, so any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country’s customs authority are your responsibility.

  • We do not collect these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned or abandoned, we will refund the product cost minus any shipping and handling fees incurred.
